Hi, I am wondering what would be a recommended way to identify independent signals in the time to event gwas. Tools such as GCTA-cojo can be used for identification of such in quantitative and binary traits, but I am not sure about how in other types of GWAS like survival GWAS. Would there be some suggestable ways to identify independent signals that goes beyond the selected association threshold like 1e-05/5e-08? It is hard to identify and perform conditional analysis when the peaks are not clear and strong but rather dispersed even though the lambda is very near 1.
