Is there any downloadable database of verified protein domains (i. e. domains that have been observed from at least 95%) including IDs and taxon IDs? In ideal case, it should be possible to download its nonredundant version. If this is not possible directly, I could use a list of nonredundant domain IDs in case one exists – do you know any?
