Zn binding sites and active site location in conserved domain database (CDD)

Hi All,

I want to investigate the functional domains for gene ACE2. I am using the conserved domains database (CDD) to check the functional domains for gene ACE2. I notice there are 5 big domains for this protein including M2_ACE, M3_like and so on.

I noticed there are lots of Zn binding site and active site, I want to receive the positive just like “List of domain hits”, However, I didn’t see them. Is there any way to receive the position for these sites?

Thanks

Hovering over those triangles representing the active site will give you info about them. Clicking on them will open a separate page. If you want to automate the process, PfamScan has an option to look for active sites, and its search script is available here.
