miRWalk and Cytoscape to show microRNA-mRNA interactions
Hi All,
I have about 5 miRNAs and each of them I have some confirmed mRNA target, I want to use the following figure to show the network among these miRNA and mRNA. Is there any protocol?

Do you already have mapped the targets?
If so, create a txt file with the miRNA-target and import into cytoscape.
After that you will need to read a little in cytoscape's manual and use your creativity.
