                                I worked with Illumina Infinium 450K Bead Chip assay. This is array for CpG methylation. Now my manuscript is ready for submission, and I want to upload data in GEO omnibus.

Can anybody let me know how to start this process? What should be the format of the data, raw image file or processed R object type? Who decides, what to be uploaded?
