How to genome-wide association analysis using survival analysis in Plink?
Hi,
The most common GWAS association analyses use logistic regression. Currently, I want to do the association with survival analyses (E.g. Cox regression model) since my outcome of interest is a time-to-event variable.
How can do it using Plink?
