Hi, Can PRSice be used with time to event data? I'm new to PRS analysis and need to analyse survival data with covariates. I have trialled the PRSice software entering the time variable only as the phenotype (binary-target F) and added the covariate file with PCs and a continuous and factor variable. It worked, but think this is wrong as I've not used the binary outcome variable. Would greatly appreciate your advice on how to use PRSice for survival analysis. Thank you.
