Finding residue positions in membrane protein
Hello ,
I have a membrane protein Aquaporin . I need to find its channel facing residues, helix-helix interacting residues and membrane facing residues. How can I do it . I tried doing it using chimera but selecting residues one by one and finding interaction is a lengthy process.
