Is there any tool by which i can find the residues involved in helix-helix interaction in case of proteins mainly in membrane proteins.

You could use iCn3D (https://structure.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/icn3d) by selecting two sets (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/icn3d/icn3d.html#selsubset) and retrieving the interactions between two sets with the menu "Analysis > Interactions".
