Regarding protein protein interaction
I have a protein and I need to search possible other proteins interacting with my targets , is it possible to predict protein protein interaction if we have just one protein to go on ??

You can use databases of existing protein interactions. If your protein is not represented in public databases, you can make inferences by orthology, i.e. look for orthologs of your protein and map their interactors to corresponding orthologs in your species. If you don't find any interaction this way, then you have to make use of other data sources to find candidates. There are plenty of papers describing methods to do this.
