I have a protein fragment. I would like to predict if this fragment (or variants of this fragment) could possibly be interacting with one or more known proteins. From what I can tell on the struct2net the web site, a batch query is limited to two pairs of peptides, so this would work if I had a small number of candidate interacting proteins. However, as I don't have any candidates yet, do you have any thoughts about how I should approach this question?
