Predict protein-protein interaction score by sequences
Greetings!
I am working on a little HIV project at this moment and I want to compare how two groups of proteins interact with third. For this I want to compute interaction score between pair of proteins based only on proteins sequences. The problem is that there are very many pairs (~1800 in total) so I need some downloadable tool or web tool with API to do it. I found several: iLoops (it doesnt work a.t.m), struct2net (very...strange python scripts) but cannot find anymore.
Can you suggest something?
