Cell-cell interactions with spatial dataset (GeoMx)
Hi all,
Does anyone know of any papers/packages/techniques for investigating cell-cell interactions in spatial transcriptomics? Preferably for GeoMx data but happy to hear about other methods.
I'm also willing to do integrations with single-cell data as we have access to a scRNA-seq dataset.
Cheers for any help/ideas offered!
