MaSuRCA for Transcript Assembly

Can MaSuRCA be used for transcript assembly?

According to its manual, it's only for genome assembly. Based on my experience, the best transcriptome assembler is rnaSPAdes if you have Nanopore + Illumina reads, and Trinity if you have only Illumina reads.
