xcode license agreement

I typed conda activate biostar (which has worked fine in the past) but now I am getting a response saying You have not agreed to the Xcode license agreements, please run 'sudo xcodebuild -license' from within a Terminal window to review and agree to the Xcode license agreements.

how do I fix this

Have you recently updated Xcode? In principle running the exact command you mentioned should fix it.
