Issues with anaconda rstudio while using on a remote server

Recently, I gained access to the server at our facility and I installed the recent version of anaconda locally. I also installed rstudio, using the anaconda navigator. I'm facing the following issues :-

  1. Every time I launch the anaconda-navigator, I'm asked to install rstudio again.
  2. On installing conda r packages, I'm unable to launch rstudio instance from the terminal, instead I get an error saying : bash : command not found.

I DO NOT have sudo privilages. Any solutions for the above mentioned issues? Thank you.

Thank you so much for no comments. That motivated me to ask the administrator for sudo credentials and I got it :).
