rna sample QC report (eukaryotic )
I got a report from our vendor for the RNA samples for the RNA seq analysis we sent. one of the samples from a group has a RINe score of 5.3. Should this sample be resent before we sequence them?

The consensus in the scientific community is a minimum RIN of 8. Samples with RIN < 7 don't work well in RNA-seq or other NGS. I would redo that sample.
