We've been building Notchbio for automated and accurate RNA-seq analysis including QC, preprocessing, DE, and cell line analysis. Now we've expanded into the core facility space.

We're close to finalizing a dashboard for core facilities where they can upload and share datasets directly to their customers, we cover the cost of your data storage. You can manage your datasets, customers, and also offer them QC, preprocessing, and analysis report from your lab.

In simple steps:

• You upload datasets for your customer and add their mail
• We send them an invite, they login, see their datasets (completely secured)
• If you allow, they can run a free analysis, see over 40+ plots and visualizations of their data
• Generate result report

You can charge your customers to pay $10-$20 per sample extra for analysis, QC, pre-processing, etc, and we take a very small cut from it to cover our cloud compute costs. You increase your revenue, and compete with other core facilities by offering more servcies around RNA-seq samples.
