Why figure from guppy basecaller show only 1 base in each event?
Hi, I am a beginner in nanopore. So I study about the guppy basecaller and try to use it. In normally from each peak in raw signal that represent current for each 5-mer. I wonder why in this picture that show the only 1 base for each peak instead show AACAT, CCGGT?
