working piRNA prediction tools
Hi, I found quite a few piRNA prediction tools. However it seems like most of them dont exist anymore or their online links don't work or if there is a GitHub page, then no good readme file. I just wonder if any of you came across usable piRNA prediction tools. I am looking for some denovo (for a non-model species) (like kmer, SVM based).
any help is appreciated SB

I can reccomend this one: https://www.smallrnagroup.uni-mainz.de/software.html
I am not sure if it's currently maintained but it should be usable nonetheless.

It would be helpful to list the tools that you've already found, including broken tools.
