Inputting a file for clade-specific marker genes in MetaPhlAn2 analysis

I am working with MetaPhlAn2 in Galaxy server. In the part of Database with clade-specific marker genes I don't know what to do. I input my file but I don't have a file with marker gene sequences and a file containing metadata.
