Ubuntu upgrade error

Hi,

I have Ubuntu 21.04 in my system. While I am upgrading, it is showing error as:

Even, I am not able to upgrade Ubuntu, it is again showing error as: "Failed to download package file "

Please help .

Ubuntu 21.04 is a non-LTS version and the updates for this version have been discontinued.
