CyKEGGParser error loading from web

Hi,

I'm trying to use the CyKEGGParser app in cytoscape, the app works well when I load a KGML file previously downoaded from KEGG, but it doesn't work when I use the option to load the network from KEGG web load task, a windows appears with the following error message:

Problems Initializing KeggWebLoadFrame Problems connection to https://rest.kegg.jp. Please check your internet connection.

The connection is good, I don't understand what is the reason of this problem.

Anybody have some ideas how to solve this problem?

You could try contacting the App authors listed on this page to see if they can help: https://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/cykeggparser and if that fails there is another Cytoscape App that can import KGML files: https://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/keggscape
