how to deal with correlation map with multi repeats for one group
Dear guys,
May I ask how to deal with a correlation map with multi repeats for one group? Say if control has 6 repeats, treat1, treat2 also have 6 repeats, how to label the correlation map? Should it be control, control(if there is a possibility to add some parenthesis to indicate several repeats as Control， which can be brief view)... or Control1, Control2 ... in the normal way?
