10X genomics single cell

Hi Guys,

I have to analyse single cell data having around 10,000 cells and ~20,000 features. Here, I want to analyse the biological pathways of the 10,000 cells separately. How to do this ? Any suggestions ? I will really appreciate your guidance.

Usually, biological pathways are analyzed for clusters, not individual cells since clusters are supposed to have similar cells and therefore same (activated/deactivated) pathways. Even if you want to analyze them individually how can you digest 10000 results?
