Hi,

I have single cell datasets recorded at different time points. I have to concatenate them and analyse as a single dataset. But I am not sure about the batch correction ? How to do the batch correction ?. As I mentioned, I do not have any control dataset. If I use integrate function in Seurat, it find anchors and compare two datasets e.g. control and treated. I think it does not fit my case. Please help and suggest me.
