Same gene_id on different chromosome in hg19 known gene gtf file
To infer tss information, I downloaded the known gene gtf of hg19 from https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/bigZips/genes/
But I found there are some trascripts with the same gene id (Uniprot ID) but on different chromosomes, e.g.
Can anyone explain it? Thanks for any help!
