gene name with RAST annotation
Hi, I'm trying to annotate bacteria genome using RAST.
I'd like to do pan-genome analysis using gff file from RAST, but gff files from RAST don't include gene name, only product name unlike prokka.
Are there any way to get gene name via RAST?
