Does the Minion demultiplex when basecalling?
This might be a simple question, but I just want to be extra sure before I proceed with analysis. Does the Minion demultiplex when basecalling? In the output it already has fastqs separated into different barcode directories so I would assume that it does. Would rather be safe than sorry, however.
