Bacterial small-rna analysis

Hey all !!

I am looking for a pipeline to analyze bacterial small rna samples.As bacterial miRNAs are not available in mirbase is there a fixed pipeline or set of tools i can use for this analysis . Kindly suggest.

A few years back I did an evaluation of small RNA mapping tools. I'm sure you could pick any of the top five tools shown in Figure 8 and get good results: https://rnajournal.cshlp.org/content/22/8/1120.full
