I have a question about survival analysis. I devided the samples into two groups with different algorithms based on gene expression, and I want to test if the groups have significant difference in the survival time and get the high risk group. Because there are many algorithms, it's not convienient to check the KM-curves one by one. So, how can I get the high risk group from the survival fit object, such as the output of surv_fit, insead of drawing the KM-curves?
