Difference between query_alignment_length, template_length, reference_length
Hello all,
I'm trying to understand how query_alignment_length, template_length, reference_length are calculated in pysam. I'm not sure if my interpretation as following is correct? I'm confused about the difference between reference_length and query_alignment_length
