PCA and logistic regression in GWAS
Hello, do you know why use the covar option with PCA factors in logistic regression? I can't understand the definition on the GWAS site of the option.
and for sure - if I test only one trait (smell) and I use PCA1-4 in my analysis - How my logistic regression model will look like?
