ESTIMATION OF LEVEL OF CYTOKINES FROM BULK RNAseq

Hello,

I am working on RNAseq analysis (TCGA ) , i use cibersorts to analyse immune cells fraction in two conditions. i was wondering if it is possible to estimate the level of cytokine from Bulk RNAseq especially after analyzing it on Cibersort ?
