I think Ensembl has CTCF binding sites but maybe not additional info of relevance to you. Then there's TADKB. The paper describing the TADCompare R package references a few data sets that may also be relevant. You could look for other TAD-related software and see whether they point to useful data sets.

EDIT: forgot to mention that there's some HiC data in ENCODE so there may also be TAD annotations.
