Delete individuals
Hi, I do GWAS analysis of dogs. Half of them are member in one olfactory group, another in second group but I have 4 dogs without information about their group. Can I must delete it? It's value of their phenotypes

If you have no information about a trait of interest for a set individuals, how can they be useful in your study? It would be very helpful if you could think of a better more descriptive title for your question. Many people will not see it because it has no specifics or information about GWAS.
