Multi-phenotype GWAS analysis, how to deal with high lambda
Hello everyone, I have conducted a multi-phenotype GWAS analysis. I have 5 phenotypes in total, the GWAS lambda ranged from 0.8 to 1.12, only two of them are acceptable (0.985, 1.030). Is there any suggestion on how should I deal with this problem?
