how to display mutation and CNA data on the same waterfall but separate lines (unlike maftools::oncoplot)
Hi,
I have mutation and CNA data. I am trying to generate a waterfall that would display mutation data and CNA data separately for each gene. MafTools has a functionality to combine the data but it combines CNA data and mutation data for the same genes and clusters on all abnormalities.
The first image is how my waterfall looks now (with maftools::oncoplot) and the second image is how I would like my waterfall plot to look like
