Server Vendors to provide bioinformatics talents

I am trying to hire some contractor employees with bioinformatics backgrounds to handle transcriptome and proteomics data. I am wondering is there any company that can provide such talents? No matter whether located in US, EU or Asian.

Depending on how deep your pockets are other large federal contractors like Leidos/Kelly etc may also be options.
