Real variant - Minimum allele frequency and alt count?
Hi,
Just wondering if it is a common practice to filter mutations using AF or alt count? Mutect2 output some variants with ref count:1200, alt count:6 with a PASS tag. Should these extremely small mutations be coonsidered as real or should they be filtered out?
