KOBAS - Soybean (Glycine max)
Hello, is anybody aware of what gene ID format is supported for soybean (Glycine max) in KOBAS?
It seems that the system does not support the standard Wm82.a4.v1 (Glyma 4.0) assembly (Glyma.01G175600, Glyma.01G228400,Glyma.03G214500 ..).
