ImmuneWatch has developed a bioinformatics tool called ImmuneWatch DETECT to annotate the epitope specificity of your T-cell receptor sequences. We usually don't work with mouse data but if you have your own mouse TCR-Epitope data, you can use that for the tool. Maybe this could be a solution for you?
