Help with statistics terms
Hey guys, I am new to bioinformatics and trying to analyze some RNA-seq data I got. The tsv file I have is comparing the genes between mutant and wild-type mouse samples, but I am having some trouble understanding some statistical terms. Can someone explain to me what baseMean, log2FoldChange, IFcSE, stat, and padj mean? Any help would be appreciated.
