FPKM values for Survival Analysis

Hi, Is it ok to classify patients into two groups based on the FPKM value of each gene for plotting Kaplan–Meier survival curves? I would be grateful for your help. Thank you, Sevcan

Of course. You just need stratify the patients into two groups using the median FPKM value, then plot the KM curve
