Hi everyone, I'm trying to use fineSTRUCTURE on some SNP data but I'm having issues learning to use it. I've read the manual and the website http://www.paintmychromosomes.com/ but don't find it intuitive to use. I can't find any tutorials on youtube. Does anyone have any advice or resources? I'm mostly confused about how to input the data, the commands, and how to view the output files in the GUI (so everything). Thanks
