Hello, I have been working on omics data, but more on the aspects of functional biology. I will have to start working on Allele-specific Primer designing, analysing SNPs and allele frequencies, making various plots. Finally, I have to automate everything for identifying crop varieties.

I wanted to have some good tutorials/resources that will help me understand the genomic data analysis, the issues with Primer designing, barcoding, and further data analysis. Any leads from the experts ?
