Transcriptome Analysis Console - Not a Calvin file error when importing .CEL files
I am trying to import 6 .CEL files into TAC, but got the error message - 'not a Calvin file'. I have searched online and found the reason for the error is the array files being too old, but I can't find a solution, except Analysis Power Tools from Thermofisher. However, as I don't know to code so I am not sure how to perform the conversion. Could someone please tell me how to correct the problem? Thanks.
