Hello

I want to perform whole Genome Analysis of Microarray Data, through ChAS Software. I want to analyze the cell line or tissue culture Data of Prostate cancer, Breast Cancer, lung cancer, head and neck Cancer etc. I have downloaded some of the Data from Geo Datasets,but thats not working on the ChAS software, i Searched and found that for those datasets i can use TAC but not ChAS because CytoScan HD array can not analysis those .CEL files. So here i request to Provide me the links of Data from where i can get that data or suggest be those databases from where i can get those raw datasets (.CEL files) that can run on the Chas Software.
