Looking for VCF files and clinical data for cancer (prostate or cll or breast)
Hello can someone please guide me about where I can obtain VCF files and clinical data for cancer (prostate or breast or call).
I am looking for 100 annotated vcf files for somatic mutations for 50 cases and 50 controls, as well as demographic and clinical information.
I have tried looking into TCGA and it looks like I need controlled access for those?
