Ensembl version
Hello,
I was given a reference for Kallisto and I am trying to figure out which version it is. I know it is GRCm38.p6 but does it matter which ensembl version it is? From this link I know it is either v92 or v93 (https://useast.ensembl.org/info/website/archives/assembly.html). Would there be a difference between those versions?

The version of mouse genome was the same for Ensembl versions 92 through 102.
